We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. In accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014, we offer the following return and exchange terms:

 

 

📦 Return & Exchange Conditions:

 

 

  1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Items must be:

     

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • With original packaging and receipt

     

  3. Returns are accepted only in cases of:

     

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Product not matching description

    • Incorrect item received

     

  4. Exchanges may be offered for reasons of size, color, or preference (if item is in sellable condition).

 

 

 

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

 

 

  • Items that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items sold during final clearance sales (unless defective)

 

 

 

 

💵 Refund Method:

 

 

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

  • For cash payments, refunds will be in cash.

  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank.

 

 

 

 

🌍 International Orders:

 


For orders shipped outside Kuwait, customers may request a return within the same 14-day period.

 

  • Return shipping charges and any applicable customs duties or processing fees will be deducted from the refund.

  • The item must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is required for any return or exchange.
